HOW IT WORKS
The IN-MAX™ plug transforms pressure testing into a fast, controlled, and repeatable process.
Its mechanical design uses internal expansion and self-energizing sealing to lock the plug tighter as pressure increases.
Operation Steps:
🔹 Verify pipe size, wall thickness, and material.
🔹 Insert the plug into the inner diameter of the pipe.
🔹 Tighten the compression nut to activate the grippers.
🔹 Fill and pressurize the system through the central port.
🔹 Hold pressure for the specified duration.
🔹 Depressurize, drain, and remove the plug.
